Licensed Technician

The Licensed Technician diagnoses vehicle problems, and carries out necessary repairs. S/he may specialize in specific repair areas.

The Receptionist is in charge of telephone communications and reception. S/he accepts and directs incoming calls, takes detailed messages, and provides callers with basic information in a courteous and professional manner. S/he is the dealership's front-line contact with the public and must represent the dealership in a professional, and friendly manner at all times.

The Lot Attendant assists in the service department. S/he also maintains the cleanliness and organization of the service department and service lot.
