Lot Attendant

The Lot Attendant verifies receipt of new vehicles delivered to the dealership and parks vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner. S/he also maintains the cleanliness and organization of the demos, showroom vehicles and inventory.

Detailer

The Automobile Detailer cleans and refurbishes new and previously owned vehicles. S/he applies the appropriate aesthetic treatments to prepare new and previously owned vehicles for delivery.

Sales Representatives (New & Pre-Owned)

Sales consultants are responsible for the sale and lease/finance of new or used vehicles to existing or new customers. They are expected to meet both sales quota and gross profit targets on a consistent basis. Sales consultants must also meet, (or exceed), CSI (customer satisfaction), objectives.

Service Advisor (Cantonese/Mandarin speaking)

The Service Advisor is responsible for identifying vehicle repair and maintenance work. S/he also sells maintenance services and organizes the work schedule, while maintaining excellent customer service.

Shuttle Driver

The Service Shuttle Driver is responsible for driving service customers to and from the location of their choice within the dealerships shuttle boundaries.

Appointment Coordinator

The Appointment Coordinator's primary function is to ensure that incoming service department phone calls are answered in an efficient and friendly manner. This individual also assists management in performing various clerical tasks and is responsible for the booking of service appointments. This person oversees all appointments and consults with the management team on any issues. This person attempts to handle customer inquiries and if further information is required, a service advisor or member of the management team is consulted.

Technician

The Licensed Technician diagnoses vehicle problems, and carries out necessary repairs. S/he may specialize in specific repair areas.
