As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread in Canada and around the world, we want to reach out to let you know We Are Here for You.


At the AWIN Group of Dealerships, the well-being of our valued clients, employees and communities is our top priority. To ensure we provide a healthy and safe environment for all, we closely monitor and follow the latest guidelines from local, provincial and federal health authorities to align with our safety practices.


Some of our enhanced safety practices include:

  1. Increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures in all high traffic areas including door handles, work stations, washrooms, and customer lounges.
  2. All vehicles are disinfected before entering into our facilities and prior returning to our customers.
  3. Hand sanitizers and face masks are available for use by both employees and customers.
  4. All staff members adhere to a strict hand washing protocol and minimize unnecessary contact.
  5. We are enforcing physical distancing protocol.


Our physical showrooms have reopened. Service & Parts remain open as an essential service.

In following the Government of Ontario’s Phase 1 reopening guidelines, our physical showrooms have fully reopened with some of the dealerships recommending to schedule appointment in advance. Our virtual showrooms and sales team remain available to provide you with a contactless experience. Our sales teams are available online, by email and by phone to schedule your appointment and continue to support your vehicle needs. As an essential service, our service departments remain open with modified hours to continue serving our customers. Our parts departments are available for online and phone orders with curbside pick-up. To learn more, please contact our dealerships.


We don’t build business, we build people and people build our business. 

We are especially thankful for all of our employees who stand by us and continue to care for our clients during these challenging times. To support our valued employees, we will ensure job security for as long as we are able to. When Ontario first declared a state of emergency, we were able to retain 75% of our workforce. In following weeks when the Government ordered the closure of physical showrooms, we still retained 65% of our workforce. With the new Federal Emergency Wage Subsidy Program, we are looking at the possibility of rehiring some of our staff who we had to previously lay off due to COVID-19 government regulation. To ensure our employees are safe while at work, we provide personal protection equipment such as face masks, gloves, hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes. As well, physical distancing boundary indicators are placed throughout the dealerships to help stop the spread. In addition to safety protocols while at work, the emotional well-being of our employees and the needs of their families are of utmost importance to us. All of our employees have 24/7 access to confidential counselling services. We are always here to accommodate the needs of our employees to fulfill their obligations in their personal lives. At all times, we work together with our employees to find the best possible solutions as they are all essential to us.
